spending many a night at the softball field, Bats games, or each other’s house. Pat is honored to have been asked to be on the Board of the Bill Young Memorial Foundation, driven by Bill’s passion for the city of J-town, especially the youth. He looks forward to continuing Bill’s stewardship in the J-town community helping those in need.

Pat has been married to Becky Bloom Dugan for 31 years. They have 2 sons Nathan (30) and Ryan (Bill’s Godson) (27). Pat grew up in J-town playing in the J-town Optimist basketball and football leagues, J-town Little League and played baseball, football, basketball and track for St. Edward Catholic Church. Pat met Bill at St. Xavier High School, while playing Freshman football. They remained friends for 40+ years. Bill and Pat were in each other’s weddings and were God parents to each other’s sons. When Bill moved back to Kentucky they renewed their friendship,
